This replaced our old tens machine and is much more sophisticated. It is very well made and has lots of settings and also has a countdown timer for each phase. It comes with long life rechargeable batteries.It has helped my husband's back pain greatly.

Great pain relief. It's easy to understand the features and use it. There would be 1 thing which could be improved: The timer function could allow us to set a time up to 15 minutes.

WORKS OK GOOD VALUE

This unit does everything it is supposed to do and does it well but it has one massive flaw. The buttons sit proud of the surface and are 'soft touch' meaning the very act of pocketing it or even putting it in a belt case literally messes with the settings causing some discomfort or switching it off. It needs a raised bezel around the dial or a lock switch. It also has no last setting memory function which means you have to reset it every time you switch it on. My solution was to make my own bezel around the key pad which is such a simple solution you have to wonder why it wasn't designed like that or have recessed or flush buttons. Literally ruined by poor design. I would have sent it back but it works so well I chose to modify it. Battery life is superb.

Easy to use, really activate my muscles, I can see real difference on my body. My husband use that just for relaxation and he is happy too.

I have been in agony for months from back issues and am waiting to see a surgeon. I ordered this in the hope of some relief and I wasn't disappointed, even after the first use my back felt a little better. The only thing I would change is maybe add a clip to the back so it can be clipped to waistband because the buttons are raised so if I put it in my pocket they can be accidentally pressed

Package was well packed and arrived on time. Machine comes in a storage box. Husband has only used it twice since it arrived and it works fine.
