I bought Powkiddy RGB20s on December, 4th. The product arrived intact, albeit a little late (December, 17th). Good outlook overall. Plastic quality is not bad. It does not look like a simple and cheap toy. And yes, there are over 20K games.I have to say that overall I am satisfied.On the other hand, the "Insert Coin" warning appears in many games and I cannot play. I can't find how to play either. There are no guides or tutorials. You can't customize the keys either. Since many famous and well-known games are marked this way, you cannot play them. Which games are playable, unfortunately, I cannot give information one by one, more than 20K games are installed and it is impossible for me to check them all, but I must say that Super Mario, GTA, Sonic, Street Fighter etc. can't play for that reason. There are no button combinations or buttons that I haven't tried. I have asked the company about this issue and I am waiting for a reply.Thanks and Happy new year.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. Was a bit wary as the reviews weren’t great on this listing but as it had a guaranteed return policy if not right I decided to go for it. Well we’ve been playing on it for hours! The whole family have been playing different games from the different generations and they’ve all been great. We’ve been able to save progress no bother, add to a favourites list and so far the battery is still going strong. There has only been one game so far that hasn’t loaded but out of the many many games that we have played, we weren’t that bothered and apparently you can download your own games too.Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this for my son at Christmas. He's a child of the 80s and LOVES it. He says it has so many of the old games he used to play as a kid and is having fun reliving his childhood. Good choice and good value for money.

The device is underpowered for a lot of games if you get them running, the device itself is very small, lots of plastic and creeks in your hand. Software is buggy . Don't fall or the hype.
