The product seems ok,but,not happy as one of the step pads is missing,,I have a three step,you only sent enough for two,would be grateful if you could send other,otherwise he slips

Good steps but some issues
The media could not be loaded. Good product, however it’s a pain trying to get the sticky pads lined up on the steps. Would be ideal if it came fully made up. They’re a little flimsy but do the job for my dog getting on and off the sofa.

Purrfect for elderly cats.
The media could not be loaded. Although fragile and a bit tricky to assemble once up and ready it is perfect for our 17 year old Birman cat.After less than a week's intensive training with Dreamies she absolutely loves it. Purrfect for cats under 3 k in weight.

Only suitable for small pets
It was sturdy but the steps were a bit too shallow, it would be great for cats and small dogs

It is OK , very lightweight, Be alright for a small dog, but no way robust enough for medium or large sized dogs
