had half a pig to butcher, I'm not experienced at all but this knife and it was lovely to use, good grip, cuts beautifuly with little effort.....watch out for fingers.......only cut myself once! the knife made the job a whole lot easier, didn't need to resharpen during the process

Very sharp and slices well, just try to be careful when cutting any bones (even chicken) because the sheet metal is not up to it.

This knife is perfect. I've used it to chop my veg with precision and ease and used it to calf the Sunday beef joint. It was a crowd pleaser and very easy to sharpen.After using run of the mill kitchen knifes for years I now have my favourite knife and my new favourite brand.
