This item came in a great gift box with a storage pouch, earplugs, and a mister bottle for the steam. The lavender scent is nice but not overpowering. The remote has settings for 3 different heat levels and timers for safe shut-off. The steam is nice but I also like it with just heat and no moisture. I am excited to try the cold pack insert. So great for headaches or eye discomfort!

Purchased this several months ago. Took it with me couple of weeks ago on a trip thinking I would enjoy the therapy for my eyes. Would not warm up at all. Tried all plugs in the room, did not work. Came back home and plugged it in, same thing it would not warm. A waste of money. I'm careful about leaving reviews and figured I would be doing a huge dis-service to my fellow consumers if I didn't share my experience here.

Hot is really not hot. Less than normal body temp. so not sure how effective it is as a moist heat device. Still looking for something to use on my eyes that will help relieve the irritation and possibly help me get rid of the swelling.

I have yet to try it, but instructions not in English and pictorial only somewhat helpful.

I ordered the one with the lavender and got the plain one! But other than that I like it...if not only for a eye mask to keep light out!

I always feel that my eyes are very tired due to staying up late nights. Saw this product on Amazon ans decided to try it. I was super impressed. At first, I was worried that I wouldn't know how to operate it since it had no instructions. But within the first minute, I figured out the power button and the different temperature settings. I am supper happy with the product. It is lightweight, convenient, and easy-to-use. Effecient, too! The hot and cold capabilities makes this product versatile.

I bought the "lavender" one and its missing the smell of lavender, no written instructions at all I don't like the idea of watching a YouTube video every time I want to use this, plus I do better with hand held directions. I've had it on for about 5 mins now, well turned on to see if it actually heats up and i can't feel it through the cover. I did soak it for about 6/7 mins like it said in hot water. I even asked my husband to try and feel it and he asked me what he's suppose to feel..

The icy part is too stiff and the heated part gets too hot for me.
