SCHLAGEPlymouth Single Cylinder Handleset and Left Hand Accent Lever, Bright Brass (F60 PLY 505 Acc 605 LH)

This set replaced a 14 year old set that the thumb latch had frozen. It's the same style/model but different finish. Easy to install and exactly matched the "footprint" on both sides of the door with no need to repaint - that was a BIG deal. Best price I found online or in the big box stores. This was the only place I found the antique pewter. It's an odd color - not purely silver tone. It has a muted bronze tone that I really like. We have dark hardware throughout the rest of our house, but this works fine on our front door. I'm very happy.

After about 30 years my old front door deadbolt would no longer accept a key, even after a squirt of lubricant. My local locksmith highly recommended the Schlage brand and said he might have to order one depending on my color choice. I found a complete selection of colors available here on Amazon with 1-day delivery. It’s now installed, works great and is beautiful.One word of warning, if you are purchasing the lever (instead of knob) style, be sure to get the appropriate left-hand or right-hand model for the interior side of your door. Arrived in on time - lots of packaging. Instructions were clear. The handleset I was replacing had a screw in the bottom part of the handle that didn't go all the way through the door. So it was necessary to drill through the door and I was concerned how it would look from the inside of the door. However, there is a brass cap that covers the fastener on the inside of the door, so it looks finished and is not distracting from the interior of the door. Otherwise, the finish is quite nice and the mechanism functions properly.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this doorhandle to replace mine as I was painting my door and giving it a refresh. The quality is great, and it looks so beautiful. My handyman said it was easy to install, and it only took him about 20 minutes. Happy with his purchase!

Had trouble find the color antique brass. I wanted to keep the same style for my 80s home. It was easy to install because I was replacing older set--only took one screwdriver. Packed well and in very good shape.

Nice door handle

I needed to purchase this Schlage door handle set to replace my old set that wore out recently. My last one (same model door handle) lasted a good 10-11 years before the exterior handle made it difficult to enter my house. It took no time at all to replace the parts and when I tested out the door handle, it was very smooth to press the thumb handle again and fairly easy to open the door to enter the house.

Replaced my existing schlage well. Keys were not the smoothest.

The locking system arrived loose and couldn't be tightened. Disappointed.

J’ai acheté cette poignée pour remplacer celle que j’avais. L’ajustement sur la partie inférieure permet de ne pas repercer la porte, j’ai seulement dû agrandir le trou du bas sur ma porte pour installer la poignée. J’adore le look du noir mat!

The lockset fitted the existing openings and works well.
