Easy Enough to Take. Not Sure If They Are Helping.
Very easy to take, although being the approximate size of horse pills (!) Two per day in the morning, with breakfast, and away we go. I'm not convinced that I am any better off taking them, but I'm no worse-off either. No adverse side effects at all. Maybe I would need to take them for longer to begin to feel any benefit. I've been on them for around 3 weeks now.Being a man of a certain age, with the odd (sometimes very odd!) aches and pains, I like the idea of something that takes the edge off, or increases my abilities to live as normal a life as possible.The product claims to help with eyesight, muscles, bones, vitimim C, immunity, brain function etc . . . I haven't had my annual dose of winter man-flu yet, so maybe they are helping.I'm not certain I'll carry on taking them after this pack is done. I ordered them as part of the Vine programme, and am not convinced the price of £12.99 is worth paying every month.
