This recorder is very easy to use and the sound is very clear. I use it to listen to my clients during their exam, and I have no trouble listening to it after the interview instructions are very easy for use and you just plug it into your laptop or computer and it’s very simple.

Sound wasn't great. Very hard to figure out how to use it. I returned it because it will come on at random times and just record you for a couple of hours. It will eat up all the storage and not be available when you need it. Slow to turn on. Just all around garbage.

I wasn't expecting much when I purchased this device, due to it being listed on special at $19 at the time. I was surprised after receiving it. The sound quality isn't perfect, but it gets the job done. Starting and stopping recordings is a little odd at first, but it is easy enough to learn. The major disappointment is the advertisement states that you can pair it with a phone to record conversations. This was the main reason I selected this device over similarly priced items. After many attempts, the device still will not pair with the iPhone 13 Pro, saying the device is "not compatible". The device itself is sturdy, although very small. I don't feel like I am going to break it when handling it. Navigating through the menus is fairly simple and self-explanatory. Overall, as stated, this device is decent for the price, but as many of us have always heard, you get what you pay for.

It worked really great for about 5-6 months and then refused to connect to my computer anymore.

niet mee te werken, te omslachtig en onduidelijk en geen handleiding in het nederlands en ook niet op het apparaat in eigen taal in te stellen! Kortom echt jammer…
