Coconut oil is a miracle. I have very sensitive skin prone to irritation and this oil has cleared it up and also made my skin more even. It does thicken a lot in cold environments so for those with very cold bathrooms shake and run under a hot tap to loosen.

Great in small quantities
Works really well on my hair but a good note to have is, don't use a lot, a use very little and get a little on my hands and rub them together before running my hands through my hair.

I use this every time I wash my hair
I have very curly hair and this product is wonderful. It stops my hair from getting frizzy, it doesn't dry greasy and you only need to use a small amount each time, so it lasts for months!
