The color matched my hair color nicely, it was packaged well and the instructions were simple, but I found this very hard to install on my self. The ponytail is heavy and long and my arms were tired! I used wig detailer to brush out a few tangles and then sprayed it with an aerosol dry shampoo to keep it from looking to shiny and barbie hair-ish. Before I install it, I braid the main ponytail piece loosely so it's more manageable to clip in, then I use probably 4-5 Bobbi pins to anchor it in (otherwise it's so heavy and my hair is so fine that it just slips my natural ponytail right out!). After I have the pony secured, then I wrap the extra piece around the base and secure that piece w a few more Bobbi pins. To clean it, use laundry detergent and fabric softener! Mix it up in a tub w warm water, dip your pony a few times, then dip in cool water to rinse. Use wig detangler when you carefully brush it out. Brush w a metal comb or brush to fight against static.

This ponytail is beautiful. It is also very heavy and I can't keep it from falling off my head. Does this product come with a claw attachment?

the hair quality itself is decent, just be aware the color that is online isn’t as accurate in person. i bought this for colorguard so it doesn’t really matter if it matches up close, but i wouldn’t really recommend this if you are wanting to use this day to day

It’s full and bouncy. A little bit more Barbie Harish then the ponytails you find at your local beauty supply. But probably because they’re offbrand. I would recommend still

Love the color and the softness. The hair is really shiny. Hard time keeping it secured, had to use more hair pins and that did the trick!

The media could not be loaded.  The video I made compairs two separate shipments from the same vendor and I will explain. Ok...so the first purchase I made was in the color black and in 18 inches. The quality was good but the length was not long enough for the event I needed it for. I sent it back and then bought the 24in in the same color, however I came to find out that the color was too dark for my hair. The third purchase, unfortunately, did not come in its manufactured packaging. I ordered it in the darkest brown color and kept the length the same. It had no hair net covering for the ponytail to keep things together and it did not come with a complementary hair tie or bobby pins. It was tangled and was lightly matted. It also looked used. If this was real hair I probably would have just kept it and washed it BUT this is synthetic hair and it can be a hassle to manage. Plus I don't have experience with synthetic hair pieces. I sent back the second shipment and did an exchange for the third because I need it for an event and the color matched my hair perfectly. All in all I can say that with the first to orders it was packaged well with a hair net to keep things together and it included a hair tie and bobby pins. The product is generally well made. But the 2 stars is based on the last hairpiece they sent me.

Not the best quality, you can tell it’s not real hair if you look up close but for the price it’s perfect. Length is great!

Sehr schön, es hält beim mir jedoch nicht so gut, kann aber auch daran liegen, dass ich sehr dünnes und glattes habe. Das Produkt in sich sehr gut auch qualitativ.

I purchased this hairpiece, and yet again it's a little bit too dark for my hair. So again, another friend who has short dark brown hair really wanted one.

Ich liebe diesen Zopf weil die haare auch fast echt aussehen. Allerdings ist der Zopf ziemlich schwer am kopf und tut irgendwann weh. Aber wer schön sein will muss schon auch ein bisschen leiden:)))
