It is what was marketed. Obviously a big commitment with very strong anchors. My baby loves it. She was really excited to find a water bowl at the end.

If you value the skin on you knuckles this product is not for you. The screw placement it absurdly difficult to get to. They do include an handy little screwdriver which was nice. But I honestly have blisters on my hands from trying to assemble and mount this thing to the wall. Also plan on having a buddy to help because trying to put it up by yourself is near impossible. Had to trade out the drywall anchors for something more sturdy because they pulled out of the wall as I was trying to mount the bridge. They do not function as they should. Additionally the screws they give you barely fit in the brackets so it’s a huge pain in the butt. Honestly I was wore out from just trying to hang the bridge. Plan on it being a several hour or multi day project to mount it all.Update. Still trying to mount the damn thing. Screws was stuck half way in. Wouldn’t go any further in, wouldn’t come out. Not with a screwdriver, not with an electric screwdriver, not with a damn torque wrench. Ended up ripping huge holes in my wall to rip out the drywall anchors and saying every cuss word imaginable and a few I’m pretty sure I invented. Poorly designed and clearly made by someone who has never tried to hang anything on a wall.I was trying to make a fun space for my cats and I’ll I’ve succeeded in doing is causing several hundred dollars worth of damage to my wall.

We haven't even had this product for a full month and the pieces are already breaking. The arms that hold the bridge ropes up are breaking off. It's a shame cause we were really excited about it and our cats love it. Disappointing.

The bridge alone is beautiful and great quality. However the screws and anchors were not meant for drywall. I had to spend 8$ more on drywall anchors and screws that wouldn't strip. My poor small cat almost fell off the wall.

I received this for Christmas from a family member. Wasn't until a few weeks later I had time to install it.Unfortunately it was missing a couple things.I emailed the company and they not only replied really quickly, but shipped out not just the missing parts, but a whole new kit!!Thank you!! My kitties will be soooo happy.

I would recommend different wall anchors and brackets. Cats like to jump, and the wall anchors will come out of the wall. And the brackets are wobbly and not sturdy. But my cats do like climbing on it

So fun, cat loves it. One of the pieces snapped after the 2nd use - not a tight weld. Still functional, but loose and precarious.
