Then to match my clients party theme I stamped the snowflakes in light blue acrylic paint. Then we permanently attached the silver card stock letters to the chipboard. The ribbons were done to match. The 6 foot snowflake garland was made to match this banner. Silver and light blue snow flakes. The snowflakes are 3 inches wide. I take the shapes and matching sew them together with sturdy white thread leaving excess at each end for hanging. Colors can be done to match your theme!! This banner as displayed measures- 18 inches with excess ribbon at each end for you to hang your banner and the garland is 6 feet in length. This measurement is without separating the letters on your ribbon. Your banner will come strung and ready to hang. I leave excess ribbon at each end of each banner for your to use when hanging.
