Excellent customer service
Loved my original pad but it stopped heating up after 8 months.. Complained through Amazon help, got an immediate response from Shopalot promising replacement. Within a week I’ve just received a new pad. Back to being blissfully pain free after using the pad.😀

It was slow to heat up, but directly against skin it's comfortable (apologies for earlier criticism).Lovely soft surface.
