Broken Needles
1. I had ordered a 0.5mm roller previously and it came in a hard plastic case. This one was delivered without one & the package is also crumbled, which makes me believe that it has been used by some other customer & I have received a return product of some other customer.2. Broken & crooked needles are there & I have attached photos as well. This is not usable as it can lead to bleeding and improper rolling effect on my skin. This again indicates that this is a used product.I was not at home while this was delivered & unfortunately the return window has expired. This is useless for me now. However, please check the above points before you get one of these.
