I bought this product to protect my shins from my tennis racket. I kept hitting my shin on my serve follow through. It was not designed for that purpose but I thought I would try it given the low cost. I wanted something very light weight and inconspicuous so I stayed away from soccer shin guards as I felt I would be aware of those while playing. I also wanted something I would not have to adjust during play.This fits the bill perfectly. I played twice with them and I am not even aware I have it on. The padding is perfect for shin bone protection.
