Easy To Swallow
This pill is super easy to take because it’s quite small. There is a slight taste, but only during the time that you take it and it’s not bad. I’ve taken this when I had a slight headache instead of grabbing my usual pain reliever, and it takes my headache away. I also have some shoulder pain which it does reduce the pain but doesn’t take it completely away. It is supposed to be extremely good for inflammation so I will continue to take this as I see some positives

I like it
I’ve used myrrh essential oil in the past, when I made homemade natural skincare. But I’ve never before used it as something to ingest. I tried one of these capsules for the first time about a week ago. I’ve been in rather poor health, and I guess I hoped to discover a natural remedy. The first day I tried these, I took one and stayed attuned to my body to see if I felt different. After a bit, I did feel a subtle sense of relaxation and also some pain relief. A few hours later, I felt, ever so slightly, a sort of blood sugar type of jitteriness and irritation. I waited a day and tried it again, same way: one capsule. This time, I didn’t get any kind of jitteriness or irritation, as if I drank too much coffee. But I did feel mild, gentle pain relief….or, I should say, I felt as though “something” took the edge off of the pain I’ve been experiencing. Since then, I have been taking 1-2 capsules per day. Obviously, I feel that it may be helping me with my health issues or side effects. ..but I don’t know for sure if it’s these capsules of myrrh, psychological, or something else,…yet. I can say that I’ve been taking less aspirin and ibuprofen since using these myrrh capsules.

Helped At First, Not Sure About Now
Supplements are tricky. Many times what you use for a week can give you WOW results and then after that, it seems to not do much at all.SIZEThe size of these is very tiny. They are very easy to swallow, but also drop if you are not nimble in your fingers.DIGESTIONI have not had any issues with myrrh with digestion, headaches, or bad reactions.DOES IT HELP?The first week I noticed that it really helped a lot to deal with 24/7 pain. Then after that it did not seem to help. I did notice the first week, I took it in the morning. The second week I took it before bed. I recommend morning instead.THE BOTTOM LINEThese worked well for a week, but then seemed not to do much. I will introduce them from time to time as perhaps that is how my body needs it.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. These are rather expensive for what you get, but they seem to really help with pain at times. The problem is knowing what days that will be. I still am amazed at how much they helped with pain and am thankful to have them. I am not sure I could buy them in the future though.

May have potential risks associated with use-Use with care-caution
This my perspective on this supplement. I am not a doctor and do not advise anyone to take any supplement without their own research and consulting their physician as there could be dangers- That being said, the nootropics depot supercritical co2 myrrh capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have taken the myrrh extract without notable negative side effects. I did have some concerns about taking the capsules at first as there are some notable cautions used against oral use if not used with care and in the proper amounts. It has been said to cause heart issues and more in high doses. However, mytth has been researched to have notable benefits when used orally as well. It is described as being beneficial for the liver, an anti-cancer agent, and works well for pain management. Myrrh is described as having relaxing properties such as promoting a sense of well-being and focus. I have found that it appears to be relaxing. It has a unique taste if the capsule is opened. It is a bit bitter and astringent. So far, it appears to be beneficial. I will mostly use it for pain management. It does seem to be comforting and mildly sedating without losing focus.

Tastes good, doesn’t do much
For the most part, these taste really good. I wouldn’t say they do much for me. Rich person is different size and shape is good. Flavor is good.

Great supplement for pain management
I have serious pain issues with my shoulders, back and feet and am always on the lookout for new supplements to try to help with pain management. When I saw this product available and did some research on it I knew I had to try it. I never even knew Myrrh extract was available as a supplement and always thought of it as a spice. I have only been using this product for two days so I can't comment yet on it's effectiveness in helping manage my pain level. The capsules are small, the recommended dosage is one per day and the bottle contains 30 for a one month supply. The bottle is a dark blue to help keep light from damaging the product, and was completely sealed. This looks to be a high quality product and I will update my review at the end of the 30 days.

Well worth the price!
I recently read about the benefits of “myrrh” and knew I had to try some. I have had many back surgeries and suffer from arthritis because of it. I have tried many natural supplements as I don’t want to take pain pills and have not found something that worked, until now. The Nootropics Depot supercritical Myrrh has been helping a great deal with my back pain. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have not had any negative side effects at all. I realize that the cost of this supplement is high for a 30-day supply, but if they work and pain is reduced, then the price is worth it. I will keep using this supplement for as long as it works for me. I love it!

Helped with pain temporarily at least
Made in USA. Smells like spice / herbal. Small caps - easy to take. I had been feeling consistently sore and achy all over for about 2 weeks due to starting an intensive exercise regiment after months of being rather sedentary. I took this and seriously, my pain and achiness went from a 4 down to a 1 for the day. I will keep taking to experiment and see what happens. I did a bit of research on Myrrh, and it appears likely it is safe under 2 grams, and this comes in well under that, so I feel confident continuing to take it.
