Melissa & DougSunny Patch Blossom Bright Cultivator Gardening Tool for Kids

My daughters love these! They use them everyday in the sandbox and in their garden. The colors are bright and beautiful. The metal isn't flimsy, the handle is sturdy and the charm on the end is attached well. My oldest wanted me to look for a cultivator that was better quality than the plastic ones we have always bought. This thing has no issues breaking up the dirt. I didn't originally plan to buy the matching trowels/shovels, but I did after receiving these. I bought one in Blossom Bright and the other in Happy Giddy. Most of the products in the Melissa and Doug Sunny Patch line are top quality and they are definitely the cutest.

These are made well. These will last for sure. It's March in the North East and we are expecting another snow storm. Hoping we get to use these by May!! I will edit this once we do actually use them, but they feel very sturdy and comfortable for my 6 year old's hands. She's very excited we gave these to her as she loves to dig in the garden with Mommy.

This item was sold by Your Deal Source, fulfilled by amazon. There's a product number printed in black ink on the front of this cultivator on the green part of the handle. Those numbers aren't on the photo, obviously! Also, the printing on the handle is blemished in several places. I am so sorry to give this as a gift. It looks like a factory reject.The matching trowel sold by amazon doesn't have these problems. (the item number is on the back and isn't in black ink, just a faint impression, and the handle is perfect) I'm afraid that if I order it again from this seller, I'd end up with the same or worse, so I'm keeping it to keep my matching gift together. So disappointed. I opted to order these online instead of buying the cheaper variety at Target, but that was a mistake. I don't understand why amazon doesn't sell the whole set. I wouldn't worry about a product number on a garden tool for me, but these are supposed to be cute and sweet and pink and green and for a little girl's birthday gift, not with black numbers printed on them in a very noticeable manner! Don't bother. Buy elsewhere.

This is even sturdier than the picture looks. The bright colors make it so much fun and the plastic flower at the end is put on very well. I got it for my 3-yr. old grand daughter's birthday for her to help her Momma in the garden. It's still all in one piece, still brightly colored, and most importantly, she loved it! I would definitely buy from this place again.

Great, Cant wait to give this to me daughter for her birthday, she loves to play gardner with her dad and I know she will love these.

Metal tools!!! Not sharp but metal!!! Exciting as they aren't plastic. Great for any kid into gardening. Haven't seen anything made this well in a long time. I would hugoy recommend granted it is used under supervision.

My 4 year old loves this garden series from Melissa & Doug. This "cultivator" is sturdy enough that it is actually funtional, but the points are not really sharp, so it's good for a child.

Although a little too early to use, it looks like it will do well for a child. She likes it and is looking forward to using the entire set when spring comes.
