Power adapter and 4 rare batteries not included!
This does not include batteries or the power adapter! The batteries it takes are huge, 4x C batteries - wow, I didn't think a basic parcel scale would need batteries of that rarity and size. In fact, most parcel scales just take 2x AAA. Garbage really, will cost a fortune buying the batteries or the power adapter - already requested return.

Scale weighs in 5-10 gram increments! Bizzare battery size.
Fairly decent heavy weight scale but 2 issues I have are: 1) It only weighs in 5 - 10 gram increments. What is the point in that? I have another tiny postal scale that weighs by the gram, so why cant this?A 5-10 gram difference is quite a lot when using Royal mail and can make a huge difference in cost!2) Tha batteries it takes are type C. As someone else mentioned why Type C? They are huge batteries and a lot more expensive than AA ones. Thankfully mine did come with a charger (or with some diy knowhow you can force it to use AA batteries which actually work fine, as they are the same length as type C)

Buyer beware - no AC adaptor
This item is advertised in the description and on the box that it comes with a AC adaptor but it does not. The information is misleading and false. The item should be removed from sale until the correct description is shown

I agree this states it in the product description but should be more prominent. In this day and age you expect everything to have its own adapter. At £40 you would assume it was complete, will be requesting its return. Other models about that include adapter.
