Great pillow and great price. The only thing is it is too big for a standard size king pillowcase. It was packed in the pillowcase so tight the pillow was hard. I had a couple pillowcases with a 21 inch width and they were a little better but not quite big enough. I finally bought jersey knit pillowcases and they work perfectly. This pillow really is hotel quality. After a couple months of use they haven’t gotten flatter and are still fluffy. They do feel like feathers!

I love this brand. I read that Where Quality Meets Comfort and that made me bought these pillows. I wanted to try these and they are really really good pillows. I highly recommend this for everyone. I loved this purchase. it soo soft and comfortable

I need & like a pillow that feels soft & plush yet still supportive as I suffer from neck issues as well as migraines. The only pillows that truly fit the bill are hotel pillows (& they are typically never as comfortable when you order them online/just never the same).I have a collection of pillows & none of them have worked for me. They are either too soft or too firm. The ones that are supposed to be medium end up being worthless. They are soft as a puddle of mush. If you scrunch the pillow up to achieve your desired fluffiness it is 1/2 the size of a king pillow & then quickly turns flat once you lie your head down on it. I have even tried stuffing two very expensive down/feather pillows together in a pillowcase to achieve my goals. Doesn't work.So I happened to read the reviews on these pillows & read similar complaints about other pillows they have tried & their preference for a supportive but cushiony pillow.Right out of the bag these pillows looked & felt like they were exactly what I was looking for. The odor was very minimal & today there’s none. I did have some difficulty placing them in my king pillow covers/pillow cases because of the shape & size of these pillows. I might order pillow covers/cases for gusseted pillows. However, I kind of preferred the pillow without being encased in any pillow case/cover. (placing it in the cover/case made them firmer). I left one without any cover/case & that was my preference for the perfect pillow! Will write update(s) re: how they hold up over time & how they work placing in a more roomier pillow cover/case.Still, I’m thrilled to have these pillows. Can’t beat the price either.

These pillows are amazing! Soft yet firm enough to hold their shape, no having to constantly fluff and reshape to sleep comfortably.I've wasted so much money through the years on pillows that don't hold their shape or were flimsy and uncomfortable. Very happy customer and pleased these are made in USA.

It’s well made, and comfortable enough. But my old pillow cases were too small

They are soft. Good king size shape. Good quality. Though, Not very strong support. It depends what kind of support ure looking for. Value for money its good.

I don't know why i thought i could get away with spending $36 on a pillow and everything would be fine, but I urge you to NEVER buy from this company. I gave their pillows one too many chances this week waking up every single day with pain and today I'm waking up in seriously debilitating pain this is by far the worst pillow I've ever had the displeasure of owning. I was in the Navy for 7 years. I've slept outside, I've slept on beds with springs that dig into your spine and sometimes I've even gone without a pillow or lived on a blow up mattress. I think I'd rather go back to that. Then at the very least I could wake up without being in pain. What a waste of $72. And now I can't get my money back which makes me angry, wish I could cause the manufacturer of such a faulty product the same kind of pain that I'm in. If I had the money I would buy every last pillow that they produced and then burn it so that other people don't have to suffer the same way I am because all my purchases would receive ZERO stars
