There are places that I wanted a low light output bulb but all I could get was an appliance incandescent. This replaces it perfectly. I would not use it in my oven, but in the basement, in the understairs area where the cat box resides, it is an ideal low wattage but sufficiently bright bulb. I also use it at Christmas time inside the ceramic tree. It is bright enough but also very small and is totally cool in temperature.

So I have a 1939 Wurlitzer jukebox there's a lot of light bulbs in this machine 18 total, I used these for the selection area and to shine onto the record mech they really look great and I no longer have to worry about the heat from the old bulbs shrinking any of the plastics

This is the perfect short, low wattage light bulb for a small lamp that I leave on constantly in the kitchen, under the cabinets. I use it as a night light, and the bulb stays cool and gives off a soft glow. I especially like that the bulb is short enough to not stick out above the little lamp shade.

Excellent quality light (CRI), and hard-to-find, lower brightness, perfect for the floodlights along our front walkway. Both the soft yellow and next brighter white are excellent. Thanks for making these!

These LED bulbs put out light that looks EXACTLY like a regular bulb. If you purchase the warm color you will not be able to tell the difference between the LED and incandescent bulbs, especially through a lampshade. Remember to bet the FROSTED type of bulb. It is closest to a regular bulb color/intensity.The 25 watt that I purchased put out the small amount of brightness that the old incandescent bulb put out. Also, don't be fooled--you DO NOT see the LED mechanism inside the bulb if the LED bulb is in a lamp (also, the frosted coating helps hide this).I could not rate the longevity of the bulb because I just installed them in my lamps. However, they are supposed to be rated for "22,000 hours" (there are 168 hours in a week, 8,736 hours in a year) which means these bulbs are supposed to last 2.52 years if on full time------time will tell.Buy them. You will probably like them. Oh, don't be worried the bulbs themselves are VERY SMALL but the bases fit standard screw-in receptacles and give off plenty of light.

Installed 2 in our bathroom vanity 10 months ago. One of the bulbs started flickering several days ago.After unscrewing the flickering bulb and reinstalling it, the bulb continued to flicker. I next switched the LED bulbs in the fixture. The flickering bulb continued to flicker in the other light socket while the other bulb worked fine in the other light socket. This suggests the flickering LED bulb is defective.Amazon provides no option to return the 25,000 hour bulb and I see no warranty info from the manufacturer to get a new bulb.The bulb is great when it works, but with only a 10 month life an incandescent bulb would give me more life and be less expensive.

I love the size of these bulbs but the color is a bit too warm. I love warm lighting but these make my white bathroom countertop look dingy and yellow so I stopped using them for my bathroom vanity lights and only use it in the fan light which is nice in that one, I leave the master bathroom fan light on at night so my daughter can see if she wakes up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I might put one in my kitchen fan light as well to leave on at night. Nicely packaged and was protected and secure for the shipping process.

The small size is great. It does not show at the top of a small lamp. It has a very warm light perfect for a decorator lamp.
