The fan was ideal size for our bedroom and assembly was pretty straightforward.Also having video to check correct assembly was in addition to instructions in operating.Excellent having addition of different lighting functions.The fan is silent and no wobbling from blades so very pleased with it.After using this fan at night during this warmer weather it had a glow from the light that is just on and showing vary dimly! It's not enough to light the bedroom but is definitely on very very dim light? Have emailed the UK contact address and waiting for reply to this concern.Very pleased with everything regarding this light but just want to find out if this is a safety issue?Contacted the company selling this and the replied quickly and supplied replacement LED panel and this solved the problem instantly. Excellent service and delivery from them. Very pleased with their backup.But suprised to get invoice from FedEx for import tax for £4.82 as sending from China i have to pay this for replacement of faulty item!

There were a lot of bits to put together which I wouldn’t be able to do. Lucky for me someone else did it . I thought it would be just the blades to put on . Now it’s up in my bedroom it’s a good quality light and is very quiet. I am very pleased with it especially in this heat works a treat . Fast delivery

I bought 3 fans recently. I must say it’s impressive. It simple and minimal effort to set up. Fan is quite too.As this is a great product, I would like to suggest some potential improvements:- an option to make the remote compatible to all fans. So if one remote is missing, you can use any other remote to operate the fan.- an option to make it compatible with Apple HomeKit, so that users can operate fan from mobile app.

Clean lines. Easy to instal (used a professional, but he was impressed). Almost silent operation. Good value for the money.

Installed by a tradesman, took about an hour to fit and test. Only irritation is the “beep” when issuing a command via the remote control. Others have commented about the beep but I have it working well so it’s a minor problem. Overall a reasonably priced replacement ceiling fan for my needs.

The installation is straightforward but the fan does not work. The light turns on and off via the remote but the fan will not spin. When I select the fan speed on the remote, the unit beep beeps 6 times and nothing. The support phone number is invalid and there has been no response to any of the email addresses in the instruction booklet.I need to return this for another unit.

This was installed and made up by a professional electrician when we said we wanted another one he said he was impressed and would recommend it.

Brilliant little fan, must have knowledge in electrical basics and build the fan but once up and working compact, easy to operate, multi functional I would highly recommend

Hemos comprado este ventilador por segunda vez porque nos ha gustado mucho y tiene buen precio.Lástima que el repartidor de Amazon lo lanzará por encima de mi verja que tiene más de 2 metros. Ahora nos hace algo de ruido y no sabemos si es por el golpe.

..a dispetto della limitata estensione delle pale, riesce a muovere molta aria. Bisogna fare molta attenzione a montare le pale per il verso giusto (rispettare la scritta UP che deve essere ovviamente dal verso opposto alla plafoniera).. io mi sono sbagliato e inizialmente ero molto deluso perchè non faceva per niente aria, poi mi sono accorto dell'errore e devo dire che il risultato è cambiato drasticamente.Bello da vedere, discreto, silenziosissimo, molto efficiente.

Cumple con su función, ideal para estancias pequeñas, es muy silencioso.
