Excellent desktop autoclave
I use it for strelizing solutions and lab instruments. It takes an hour to complete the sterlization at 121 Celsius for 20 minutes. The Cons, it has a short discharge hose and you need to change the settings a bit during the operation. Overall a fantastic piece of equipment to have and I recommend it to anyone looking for a desktop autoclave.

No way to contact seller or manufacturer for parts.
It's a good sterilizer, but understand you are purchasing it "as is" - you can either return the entire unit or fix it yourself. There is no access to the manufacturer or retailer for parts. This is a three-star item at best, as there is no life-cycle to the purchase. It works or it does not.

Very easy and convenient to use, just the right size, the quality looks extremely high, not bare stainless steel but a protective shell on the outside to prevent burns, which I simply love! It helped me sterilize liquids and of course solids are fine too, I highly recommend this sterilizer!!!!
