Mines a good one!
Always a gamble with refurb and this one was a win. Extremely minor scratches on the back and wrong charging cable. However, I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone, watch…I have cables. Would buy again from this seller based on current received product. 2022, 256gb Air Purple purchased w 90% battery on receipt and one day early.Using for graduate degree!

Battery life is less than 7 hours
The media could not be loaded. Pros: the ipad air 5 arrived in pristine condition in the purple shade with no defects, scratches or other cosmetic damage. Fast charging cable and block included in the boxCons: battery life is very short. I charged it when it first arrived because that's what it said to do in the little instructions that was included (battery life was at 93%) battery lasted for approximately 6 hours and 40 minutes.Hope this helps someone!

would not buy used again
The media could not be loaded. This is my first time buying a refurbished electronic device. It came with a customer service number for issues with the device, and I called twice left messages and it has now been 6 months and still no call back lol. The battery seemed weak to begin with, that should have been my cue to return, but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Now 6 months later it goes dead after 1 hour of use. Not happy, will buy new.
