Poor Quality product now. Rubber sole grips are glued on and fall off without much wear.
I have bought Muck shoes for years. Love them. Always wished they had better grip/ tread. The new style solved that but they are much more expensive. I am on my third pair of the new style. First two wore okay but eventually (about a year) the added grips come loose at the toe. Latest pair the grips are off after only four months of very light use, because it is winter and these are not good for low temperatures. (See picture-no wear). Seller refuses to repair or replace. This is a disgrace to not stand behind the product.

Horrible quality!
It was because I purchased a pair of knee high Mucks in 2007 that I still wear by the way, based on the reviews I decided to purchase 1 pair of their Men's Pro Low Excursions for light is in the yard and garden. So, in early June, after reading the reviews it seemed that it would be a no brainier to purchase this product; nope, not so much.I had to return/ exchange the shoes with Amazon after less than thirty days of use because the tread had separated from the sole on the front part of the shoe.Wait, it gets even better!!!This Monday, June 29th I received the replacement pair from Amazon ( Great company by the way!) and wore them for the first time this Tuesday. Well it's now Thursday July 2nd and low and behold I look down at my shoe and the tread is separated from the sole on the heel this time over the course of two and one half days if use.It seems much has changed since 2007. It is clear they have a serious quality control problem in China where they have them manufactured.Amazon declined to replace them a second time and instead will refund the purchase price.I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.JRScottsbluff, NE

Best Muck Boot We Have Used NOT THIS BATCH SELLER WILL NOT REACH OUT
Second pair! Bought the most durable shoe made this time and the most expensive but worth not having to replace we hope in one year of farm use. THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!! These shoes were $92 We waited for this size for months to come in. Apparently not made from the same place all the other's we bought were, usually get 4-5 years daily use. I swore for 20 yrs or more for the BRAND "MUCK" to never replace with this brand again. What happened? do not buy if you want to wear for more than a few months!! WARNING

Junk.
I've worn different models of Muck shoes for 20 years. I had 2 pairs of this model. The stitching came loose on one pair, & the sole came apart on the other, both within one month of wearing them. I'm done with Muck shoes & will now buy a different brand of slip-on waterproof shoes. It's time to give L. L. Bean a try.

Finally found some hiking shoes that don't hurt my feet.
My feet hurt every day. I'm 6'1" and ~250 lbs, 52 years old, and very active. I've spent my life on my feet and in boots of one kind or another. I'm ex-military and work in the power generation and natural gas industry, and am always outdoors hiking or working. I've tried dozens of boots, shoes, sneakers, etc and always ended up in the same place, with my feet killing me. The only time they didn't hurt was in the winter when I was wearing my Muck boots.I stumbled across these shoes on amazon and thought I would give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. After a few hours of yard work (in the summer) my feet didn't hurt and were no hotter than in my regular footwear. Last weekend I wore them on a few easy walks and hikes and guess what, NO PAIN!They are comfortable, not too hot, not slippery, and feel great all day. The only downside I can find is that my feet tend to twist and and slide when slide loaded, like when traversing an incline sideways. Not a big deal as the benefits significantly outweigh that one shortcoming. Will definitely buy again.

Not near the quality you'd expect.
Within 1 year, at multiple points where rubber sections met, there was separation due to poor glue adhesion. I wouldn't be pleased if this were a lower priced product and I'm really not pleased given this product's premium price. I'm not impressed, at all, with the Muck brand.

Construction flaws
Muck Boot---Muckster II--MensNoticed when taking them out of box and examining the shoes the seams or joints did not look to be well sealed or uniform. In fact all of the seams looked to be a little "off" so was wondering about the over all quality. Have had the shoes about a month wearing them 3-5 days a week for a few hours each day. The sole on one of the shoes is starting to separate from the bottom of the shoe. I have owned two pairs of Muck Boot Chore style and have been very pleased with the comfort and quality. These shoes are the Muckster II style. Was looking forward to an easy slip on which these truly are. And the materials seem good too. But will be returning them due to the poorly construction quality.

Perfect for the work around the house, field work, the yard, and garden in SoCal
Love my Muck Excursion Pro Low shoes. Perfect for the work around the house, field work, yard, garden, etc.In SoCal, wearing shorts are just a way of life due to the year round warm weather. Boots don't really work too well with shorts, and so the Excursion Pro Low cut shoes are the ticket.I like how they slip-on & slip-off with ease, and because they are water proof, just hose them off, they dry quickly and ready for the next round of tasks.I wear inserts in all my shoes for added support, and so for myself I bought these Mucks one size larger than my regular shoe size and that works for me. With my inserts and thin socks there is still extra room, a little loose but not too loose to where it is a problem and with warm weather this is perfect. If wearing heavy type trail socks, with the inserts the fit is exact.I highly recommend these Mucks where a low profile is as cool as it gets.

Muck Excursion Pro Men's Rubber
This is an excellent muck boot. What my husband likes about them is the gripp on the sole. Most boots and shoes are slippery on certain surfaces in the rain or snow. These DO NOT SLIP. Because my husband works ourtside in all conditions he has found this particular boot to be the best even though Muck sells a very similar boot. It must be the Excursion Pro or the sole is slippery. I definiately would buy these again for him.

These Muck Boots are much tighter fitting than my previous Muck's
I think these will be good but having owned Muck Boots in the past I would be okay with the same size. These fit VERY tightly across my foot. Much narrower than my previous pair despite being a half size larger

A very comfortable boot.
I ordered the men's size 7. I wear a women's 8.5 but have wide feet. This is my third pair of Muck Boots and I think they are the best, most comfortable all season outdoor boots.

Very narrow
The length is correct for the size advertised, but it is really narrow. I'm hoping they will stretch out a bit over time.
