Modern EmberAerus Smart Linear Electric Fireplace, 50” Smart Home Wall Heater, Alexa/WiFi App, Wall Fireplace Electric with Remote Control, Black

I purchased this in January and had run into an issue with my remodel in the living room. Here I am just over my 30 day return window and I just unboxed and plugged it in and it will not turn on or even light up! Yes I have power and it is a single line for the fireplace. Something is wrong with it and now I am stuck with it! Please help, let me know if there is anything I can do! I don’t even see a reset button anywhere. I hate this!Update! They are sending me a new one! I am so excited! I will update again once I receive the new one. Customer service is fantastic! They sent me another one the same day! I am currently using it and I am in love with it! This has so many color combinations and is so serene to watch! It definitely made my living-room more homey.

Set heater to low (H1) set timer to 8hr overheated within 15 minutesIt doesn’t keep a memory of your last settings and is a bit tedious to reset to your preferences every time you turn it onAlso the timer is defaulted to 30 minutes every time you turn it on so regardless of navigating all the color and temp setting if you don’t tell the timer what to do every time you turn it on it will shut off after 30min.

I love the simplicity of the fireplace and the many functions it has. It’s slim sleek and the vent that blows the heat can hardly be seen. There is a vent that blows the heat out of the top and needs to be clear of any mount. Other than that it was easy to install.

I like everything from the fireplace!!it’s a great product and everything works great.

The fireplace looks great; however we are having 2 intermittent issues. Issue #1: The fireplace sometimes will not stay on for more than a few minutes at a time. We do not use it with heat and when it happens, it happens shortly after turning it on and then continues to occur. Other times, it works as expected. Issue #2: the mobile app constantly drops the fireplace from the device list requiring it to be re-added.

We had a fireplace box and cabinets built when we moved in and we chose this electric fireplace. It’s gorgeous!! The remote is also super convenient. Love it. If you’re on the fence you should buy it.
