I had some issues with this Flever kit. The lighting was the biggest issue. Since this is my first dollhouse kit from them, I blamed myself for not checking the lighting. They sell replacement bulbs on Amazon and they may not light either. The issue could be wiring or soldering. On my 2nd kit that I just got, I checked the lighting and I was disappointed. All the lights came inoperable. I am ordering more for my new kit and I hope they work. My other issues was with the stairs pieces being in multiple areas. Cutting super tiny stars was difficult. I recommend hole punches for stars and circles, sharp scissors, Beacon alcohol glue and look at YouTube for assembly. It's best to sort, measure and examine all the pieces first before you start. Yes, you will be annoyed but, your patients will be rewarded! Feel free to make changes as I did. You will need a small saw as some wooden parts DO NOT cut with a box cutter. Overall, I learned patience and dexterity.

This kit was amazing, I first am trying the warm times and loved it. But take liberties if your own, I bought additional animals for the house and didn’t use the bunnies as instructed. I also printed out scaled down versions of my favorites books and posters and placed them in here in place of the preselected ones that came with the kit; it just made me love it more. The directions were easy enough to follow if you are a visual person, for a person who is not visual I can see it being more difficult but it was a breeze compared to the Mayberry street kits from hobby lobby. Over all the kit is a 10/10 and I am buying another one this week.

Cute in theory. I really did not like gluing all the paper to the wood or gluing fabric together. Difficult to assemble. It's not easy to keep the walls straight. I won't do this thing of a project again.

I had an issue with missing pieces with my kit, so I contacted Tukiie’s customer service and they were great . They were very helpful and fixed my issue.

package received timely but missing parts - "F7 Red roadster", open the Whole package did NOT located mentioned, please advise if I should return or exchange for proper products.

So adorable for any girl. Provides hours of play. I highly recommend.

I tried to build this with my daughter (15) and it was very difficult. Instructions were not very helpful. We figured it out by took hours. Ended up being cute.

Even adults will find this hard to put together. Too many flimsy parts and the instructions are pure garbage. My grand daughter and I were very disappointed while trying to put this together. I’m not sure if it is doable.

The whole idea behind this project is amazing! I wish there were proper instructions to follow as this seems MUCH harder than expected. I am somewhat disappointed with this product and worried that I spent money to throw it out. Being that this is my first project of this nature, I also had to buy the special tool kits that cost me about 27$. Plus the glue. So... I hope that all this did not cost me money in the trash.

I am addicted to these little houses. Just this one had a lot of paper folding, the tiny coffee cups and rose buds. But over all very happy with it.
