I'm not sure about all these negative reviews, I purchased anyway as I'm trying to give up smoking and starting a course of tablets too and thought it might help take the edge off as I didn't want to use vapes or patches and I can honestly say I've had them on only 30 minutes and my body already feels alot more relaxed and calm so I'm feeling hopeful about these !!! They literally came next day after I ordered them
