Excellent
Simply put this dehydrator is excellent. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to operate. Very good value for money, at least at the time that I bought it. It works very well. I do not have any complaints about this Sous Vide 6 Tray Stainless Steel Dehydrator .

Worth for investing
I like this dehumidifier a lot. I had previously use a plastic tower dryer and this Sous VideTools 6 Tray Stainless Steel dehumidifier is a total different experience - in a positive matter. Forget swapping trays for getting even result, just fill the trays, set the time and temperature and you're good to go.Only downsides are IMO the annoying 70*C default temperature. But that is something that don't matter too much if you just remember (know) to change the temp of that's not what you want.I bought from E-Bay 10Pcs Premium Non Stick Silicone Dehydrator Sheets since the Sous VideTools 6 Tray Stainless Steel dehumidifier original steel trays need in some cases something nonstick cover and sometimes the holes are too big in the trays. These silicone sheets cost 15,60€. Would be nice if these would be included with the Sous VideTools 6 Tray Stainless Steel dehumidifier tho. Even with some extra cost would be fine, since you really need them.Defenitely worth for buying. I wait impatiently for get to make some beef jerk etc. So far I've dried some bread, cooked beans in this dehumidifier. Yeah it is a bit "noisy" but fan is required and helps effectively in the drying process so who cares.🇺🇦 SLAVA UKRAINI! 🇺🇦

My first dehydrator and I'm really please
I have been looking at getting a dehydrator for a bit but have only gotten serious about it in the last month. I decided on this one mostly due to looks and the price. It looks heavy but its not overly so, taking it out of the package I was very happy to see they included a more fine plastic mesh tray and a fruit leather tray (which I have used as a tray in the bottom to make clean up easier on quite wet food) and of course has 6 trays.I do seriously suggest getting The Ultimate Dehydrator CookBook by Tammy Gangloff. I also suggest watching youtube videos on dehydrating.Dehydrating is not a quick process and times are only a guildline for exsample banana's 10-12 hrs but depending on the humidity and how you decided to cut it it could be days also don't expect it to be just like what you get at the store as those go though a different process.Another exsample mushrooms can take 10-15 hrs and again it also depends on the humidity and how thick or thin etc you cut them. It's also suggested to blance some veg/fruit.I have dehydrated fresh apple rings, sliced tomatoes, peppers, peas, corn and carrots. You can also use frozen fruit/veg to dehydrate but again dehydrating time maybe different for you so please keep that in mind. With all that said I'm very happy with this dehydrator it dries my stuff very evenly thus far, but I do still rotate the trays. This also vents hot air which helps get rid of moisture cuz if you still have moisture in your food it is not going to store well and will go moldy.I also suggest you buy some glass jars as you will need to store your recently dehydrated food in them for a week to 10 days it's to watch for condensation, if you have condensation put the lot back in the dehydrator for a few hrs at the recommended temp which is normally 125f or 50c-55c. After the week to 10 days if there is no condensation you can transfer it to a plastic bag.

Good dehydrator
Only used it to dehydrate bananas so far and it did a great job. Very easy to use and lots of room inside. The unit gets quite warm when at higher temperatures, and the mains wire touches against the back of the unit and gets warm so I pull the wire very slightly away from the back of the unit to stop it getting warm and that works well. Its not super quiet, if you are in the next room you can hear it and it sounds about as loud as an air purifier or a fan, certainly not loud or distracting. It is very easy and intuitive to use, and a good price, bananas took 12 hours, didn't turn them, just checked them now and then and they came out lovely and crisp. If you read the review on here where someone says it doesn't dehydrate bananas well, you'll notice they dehydrated the banana whole. You are supposed to slice up the food you dehydrate usually unless its small pieces, that review did put me off buying this dehydrator at first but it is a good dehydrator and well worth the money.
