First of all, this seller is exeptionally careful in getting the measurements and details exactly right….also is very friendly, and pleasant to deal with.The cushions were made for wooden barstools, which were not comfortable to sit on after awhile. The foam used is very comfortable, and the material, backing, and buckle-straps used to attach them to the stools, are all made of quality materials. I was impressed with the precision fit, when they arrived. I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of perfection!The seller offers a nice selection of materials to choose from : solids/prints, waterproof/cloth, and different ways to attach the cushions to the stools, with a nice non-slip backing.To wrap it up… superior quality, and amazing customer service!

Durable, withstands dirt and spills and it looks great. We bring it in when not in use and, so far, there is no sign of sun damage.

The quality of the cushions is excellent. The measurements were a little off, as the cushions are slightly smaller than expected. However, they serve the purpose nicely.

These arrived fast, fit perfect, flattened down quick, and the color was true to the site.

I ordered a custom made cushion for a bench, and they didn't make it to my specs. It's too long and useless to me. It's also cheap looking. It took several requests to get a refund so I finally reported them to Amazon.

We could not find a local upolsterer to replace our worn custom dimension cushions so we took a chance on ordering through Amazon. The order arrived as promised and the quality was very good but the fabric color was significantly different from the photo image we ordered from (dark red). The actual color just did not work in our breakfast nook. I sent the seller feedback and asked what we could do. The manufacturer is in China and had a disclaimer that the fabric color might vary so I was prepared for an answer that I might not like. To my surprise and pleasure, the seller offered to redo the order and just to make sure, he offered to send fabric samples, which he did. We just received the 2nd order and it is as good as expected. Due to the distance and the need to remake the order, it took time but this seller went abave and beyond my expectations!

I am flabbergasted and excited as to how great these are. I sent them the measurements and photos with the dimensions for the 2 side pieces, well you can see they did them perfect. I was really nervous at first, as they are not refundable. They sent me a sample of the material I picked out and its great. I highly recoment this comapny. The only thing is the packaging. They really over package it and tape it. HAHA It took a bit to get them open, so becareful. If you are thinking about getting these, do it

I became very concerned when I realized my custom cushion was coming from China... but when it got to us we were both happy & satisfied with the exact cushion that we wanted. The craftmanship in the sewing was incredible. I will order from this company when ever we need a custom cushion again. Give the shipping the time it needs and it will certainly be worth the wait.
