The installation process was carried out with utmost professionalism by a single LG executive, and I was particularly pleased that LG scheduled the installation on the same day the AC arrived at my home. The AC is functioning perfectly, and I am extremely content with its performance as well as the rapid response provided by LG. Thank you both for the exceptional service and product quality.

Most feature rich AC adequate for 110sq ft room. Chills in 5 mins with Virat mode. Got it at Rs.26300 plus 2600 for the installation which was done in 24hrs. No Hassel and professional installation from LG. This is the first time I am buying LG product myself so was sceptical. Offline this model is available at 36000 plus installation so the deal is pretty good at Amazon. Only thing missing I felt is the sideway swing which is not available in this model but the remote does have this feature listed.The outdoor unit is also very silent even though it is installed right next to my bedroom window, there is 0 noise inside.Completely satisfied with the purchase.

I have recently purchased this 0.8 ton ACI can say for cooling its outstandingNo issues with LG at allConsRemote didn't have backlitInstallation charges are High one should expect 5 to 6k in total for split ac installation and i think thats acceptable because we get 9 feet copper pipe but for extra we have to pay rs1080 per metre charges and for outdoor unit stand we have to pay rs 885 plus 1415 service charge and i think as per warranty we can bear the charge also other acs also costs same for installation they loot us basically rest is good, go for it without any doubt

Initial 1 year worked flawless but next season when turned on was completely out of gas. Got it diagnosed by 3rd party and cause of leakage was very minor somewhere internally, not detectable by standard means...which would require it to be shiped to a factory to find the minute leakages by submerging the whole unit under water. The cost of product shipping, replacement parts, installation, uninstallation again was something not feasible at all. 10yr and 5yr warranty is only on compressor nd pcb respectively. What am i to do with this expensive piece of metal, now that 1yr of product warranty is over?I've raised a complaint with LG, will update review on the basis of support quality and resolution provided.Btw to add R32 coolant gas LG provided an approximate of 750 (service charge) + 4500k (gas) which wasn't suppose to leak this soon in the first place.

After 25 days of utilization L G a/c is working good. With in 10 mins room temperature is low. No noise . Cooling was excellent. Installation is also done ✔️ perfectly. Overall performance is super. My advise is smaller room 100sft it would be useful.

I was looking for AC with very minimum requirements with low cost.As per cost there are many good brands provides AC with good features but I have chosen LG 0.8 Ton 3star AC because of these reasons:1. Brand2. Quality and Service3. PriceLG is renowned for its quality product and the services ( service may differ as per location but where I stay LG provide good service) and due to credit card offer I got this product with 3K discount.Product delivered within time with good condition and next day installation done with extra installtion charges around Rs.1415 (1200+gst). Thats fair enough I think. (There are some companies provides free installation.)LOOKS:As this is a 0.8 ton AC, the indoor unit looks small and weighs less (around 8kg)than other 1ton or 1.5ton AC. However this size looks perfect for small room and it doesnt affect cooling. Design is very simple and looks premium in white color which enhances the rooms ambience. Outdoor Unit is also small is size and weighs around 25kg but thats Ok as per capacity.Remote is with batteries and feels premium in hand with a normal digital screen.FEATURES:It has only cooling feature. Its not a heat and cool AC.Company claims it has anti viral and bacterial function. Good to know that companies taking care of infections after covid.It has 6 in 1 AI controlled modes, basically this feature is related to how we can control usage of the power input to cool the room wrt power input provided with this product. i.e. 80%, 60% 40%,20%, AC ( AI Convertible mode) and the last one HCapa ( High Capacity mode) it works at 110% of its capacity to cool the room faster. (Virat and HCapa modes are one and the same so dont worry if remote doent mentioned with virat mode)Light off button to switch on/off light indicator.Comfort Air to set the vane to position as per our convenience. So that we can manage air flow direction.Mode button has 3 functions 1. Cooling 2. Dehumidifier ( monsoon mode) 3. FanWith help of Fan speed button we can set speed from low, medium, high and Automatic so that it can automatically change the fan speed as per temperature.Room Temp button shows current room temperature.Swing buttons help to set required air flow direction Left right up down.We can set timer to on off and sleep mode.Function buttom helps to remove moisture from indoor unit.With up and down arrow we can increase and decrease temperatures from 16 to 30°c.These are very minimal but most required features it provides.COOLING:This is the main part and as per its capacity I think it does its job very well. This AC is good for max 100sqft or below size of rooms. It can cool down room within 3-5mins.NOISE LEVEL:When we start, initially it make little noise (i.e. not too loud, any any make this much noise initally) but once the room cool it is silent. Once room is cold you may decrease the fan speed as well or use comfort air feature.ENERY EFFICIENCY: I will comment on this after a month of use.Note: This doesnt have WiFi, Mute, LGThinq, Can not improve air quality with Ion generator, can not mute outdoor unit.
