Outward Hound Kyjen 32037 Squeaker Matz Gator 32-Squeaker Plush Squeak Toy Dog Toys, Extra Large, Green

I've had really good result with Kyjen in the past so decided to buy a new variety for my dog's recent birthday. I really liked the look of this alligator because of the length, which opens up so many different types of play opportunities. We definitely haven't been disappointed, this guy was a hit from the moment we took him out of the package.Word of warning, this toy is LONG. Both of my small breed dogs can easily play with it, getting their teeth stuck in and enjoying a game of tug or just having fun wrestling with part of the toy without even intruding on the other dog. The length makes it very easy to share. It is plushy, but we haven't had a lot of shedding. I do 'puppy proof' all toys when I buy them in though and this toy in particular has a lot of small nibbly bits that I recommend removing so that your dog doesn't swallow. I prefer not to have much of anything hanging off a toy that is much larger than a grain of rice just in case my dogs eat a bit. I have a go with the scissors and get off anything that looks easy to chew off before it becomes a problem.My dogs are both destructive, they love nothing more than finding the source of the squeak and attacking until it no longer makes noise. Having the squeakers all the way down the length of the toy seems to work a treat- there are so many it seems an insurmountable task to 'kill' them all. So far, they haven't bothered which is almost a miracle. I'm incredibly impressed with the durability of this toy, I can leave them with it or grab a piece myself and join in the play. Only one hole after over a month and it was easy enough to address- I took out all the stuffing in the area and let them get on with it. They barely noticed. Definitely a favourite toy for both my pets.

Thought my Labrador pup would love this for Xmas, but he has hardly looked at it! It's huge (about 4/5 foot), colourful, full of squeakers, has a rattle in the head and thought it would be a winner, but there you go! Seems sturdy too so I would still recommend even tho it's just lying in his basket.

fab toy for our dog. After 4 months it is now headless and in 2 pieces but the majority of the squeakers are still in tact and in place.Sometimes our dog chews it, and tries to disable one of the squeakers, (but as there are so many this is tricky, as different squeakers become the subject of his attention, rather than just one.!) , and sometimes he just walks around with one of the two pieces, so he does like it .I did use strong silk thread and sewed along the lengths of the gator, ( along each side and down the middle) , and also around each of the squeakers, which took some time!! --- however, reinforcing the toy in way has made it last far longer and so was time well spent.

This toy has the cutest face ever. Unfortunately it took my very destructive border collie about an hour to decapitate it and remove its brain (squeaker).I still value it as 4 stars though because it looked so cute when unpacked and, even headless, the body gives my dog a lot of fun as it is packed with squeakers from neck to tail and my dog still loves playing with it with me because its so cuddly and we can play a duet with the squeakers simulating her being attacked by a flock of seagulls. Still great fun and an absolute bargain if your dog isn't as destructive as mine

Absolutely loved this. My dog was kept busy getting the squeakers out for several days. Well worth the price.

Ok so this croc / gator ends up everywhere, he has it in his bed, he plays with it even some months after buying it, in fact, he chooses it out of the pile. Its also holding up to the test of teeth. As a puppy many toys are not surviving but this fella keeps on going!

This toy was good in terms of it’s size but, despite the attached label saying the squeakers would still work when punctured, they didn’t! Some of the squeakers still have a small amount of squeak left in them but, after just a few minutes, most don’t and the dog lost interest.

Great toy for my pup - she destroys everything & at least this gets some longevity as she works her way through 36 separate squeakers. Pricing though is getting greedy - bought my first one for $10 less than the current price less than a year ago. Up to #3 and won’t be getting another despite absolutely loving them for the job they do.

Das Plüschtier ist bei meiner Hündin super angekommen. Sie liebt es sehr und beißt sehr gerne darauf herum.Ich habe es jetzt ein halbes Jahr und es lebt noch halbwegs. Leider ist meine Hündin sehr unsanft mit ihrem Spielzeug und beißt gewöhnlich alles innerhalb einiger Stunden durch.Man kann mit dem Plüschtier auch gut ziehen spielen, es reßt dabei nicht und dehnt sich sogar etwas mit.Waschen habe ich nicht ausprobiert.Nach einiger Zeit sind durch das Reinbeißen meiner Hündin die Fäden sehr locker geworden und sie hat große Löcher reingebissen um an die Quietschelement zu kommen. Die sind von guter Qualität und relativ groß.Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This summer I bought the smaller version of this alligator squeaky toy for my large malamute-mix named Rascal. He's a big BIG puppy with an enormous amount of energy. Squeaky toys drive him crazy and he can't get enough of them. The more squeakers the more hyper he becomes. I started looking for the perfect Christmas present for him and caught sight of this little guy. Couldn't pass him up. 32 squeakers! Rascal would faint with excitement.This toy is a little longer than 4 feet long- which is about how long my dog is. It's by far the largest toy he's ever gotten. The head has a rattle in it. And the long body has 32 squeakers individually sewn into their own pocket- so even once he has chewed one of the noise-makers out, he still has many more to go. A few of the squeakers came defective, but I suppose that should be expected when so many noisy parts are involved. I don't think he noticed. The enormous amount of racket he made with the rest of them kept him busy enough.The second I gave him this toy he bounced around like any kid would on Christmas. Excited as heck. He spent a few good hours flinging the toy up in the air, running around the house and yard with it, and just laying around trying to chew each of those noisy things out from the body. He hasn't managed to get any of the squeaker toys out yet- it's been three days of constant play. He spends a few good hours on it each day. The fabric is getting kind of slobber-soaked, but that's presumable with dog toys. His dark black hair also easily sticks to this fabric, so it's beginning to look a lot dirtier than it actually is. But I'm sure he'll destroy it before my inner neat-freak feels the need to clean it.My biggest concern are the felt teeth and claws on the toy. They can easily be torn off and swallowed by the dog. If you want to eliminate that, prior to giving your dog the toy- just take a pair of scissors and cut them off. I just monitored my pup closely and took away the pieces once he removed them.Aside from the felt pieces and the fact the toy attracts hair- I think this was by far one of the best investments I've made for my dog. It's huge, keeps him entertained, and makes plenty of noise! I'm debating buying sound-blocking headphones before I purchase another toy like this again. Very noisy! But he loves it to death, and that makes it all worthwhile. Highly recommend!

うちのわんこは破壊魔なのですが、このおもちゃは大きくて破壊のしがいがあるため大興奮です。長持ちしないおもちゃが多いのですが、これはなかなか持ちがいいので再購入しました。できればもうひとつかふたつ予備が買いたいくらいです。
