I reported this to them and immediately a replacement was sent out - and that works just fine! Delighted with the company and the product - great prices too!

Massive waste of meney
As soon as I placed the cartridge in the printer, (and this happened for both cartridge that I bought), the printouts were completely greyed out across the entire sheet wasiting massive amounts of powder. Useless.

They seem pretty good and much denser than the ones supplied with the printer from new. I will have to see what the page yield is. Certainly the original cartridge not very good at all. Lucky if I got 250 pages.Very prompt deliveryAlexander of Allrighters and Ywnwab!

This is by far the best toner cartridge I have used for my Samsung M2020
This is by far the best toner cartridge I have used for my Samsung M2020. The heat from printing doesn't 'curl' the paper as bad as others, very important if you've got a printer that requires the paper to be manual turned to do double sided printing.It was delivered quickly and for the price, I'm very impressed with the quality.I've ordered again.
