I am very pleased with my Keepsake Necklace Heart Pendant. Not only is it very attractive, but sturdy as well. I bought it on the spur of the moment in order to take some of my granddaughter's ashes along on a cruise I had planned prior to her unexpected death. My husband was easily able to place her ashes inside the pendant using the implements included. It was very comforting to know a part of her was traveling with me. I have received many compliments and one of my daughters ordered one as well, after seeing mine.

I bought 3 of these in different colors (colors chosen by recipients) after the daughter of my ex-husband's wife was brutally murdered and dismembered and placed in trash bags. This would be my children's stepsister. The remains were cremated for obvious reasons. Her mother, her sister, and her daughter all received a part of this loved one. They all loved them and have thanked me for being thoughtful.The colors were all 3 beautiful and the awesome tiny little funnel was so cute. The box was amazing. They are extremely beautiful and inexpensive. I hope and pray that I never need one of my own.

I didn’t post a picture but it is even more beautiful in person than the picture shows. I got this for my mother’s ashes. Her favorite color was purple so that’s the color I got it in. It’s gorgeous. And the whole thing holds the ashes, not just the center like others I looked at. I would have paid so much more for this so this is wonderful for the cost. I highly recommend to honor your loved one.

I bought them as gifts for a husband and mother of a woman who died too young at 38 years old. They had requested these designs. I found them to be tasteful and attractive, and the recipients were VERY grateful. Mom told me she had her 1st good night sleep since her loss, having her daughter close to her heart. The chain is lovely, and it remains to be seen if it is sturdy enough for constant use. Thank you for offering these beautiful containers, and for helping me to give 2 people I care about some comfort in their grieving.

This is everything i could’ve expected and more. It’s beautiful and it has worked very well. I don’t wear it ever. Just used it to store some of my grandmas ashes in when I moved away from home. So I’m not sure how it holds up from wear but I haven’t necessarily been super careful and easy on it and I’ve never had the top come off or stone fall out or anything

The necklace is beautiful but the opening on the top that you put ashes in is way to small. You can't get any ashes into the charm bc it's too small. Other than that it's beautiful n my mom loved it. She wouldlove it more if we were able to fill the charm but we can't

I bought this for my sister in-law. She was very happy with the way it looked. The case was very nice also. It was very good shipping to the Philippians. The only problem was it didn't come with a funnel to fill it or instructions on how to open it. So she was very lost. I had to contact customer service to help her out with this. I asked them a question about how to open it?Also where was the funnel and directions? I got no reply from them at all. Bad customer service. But all in all the necklace is nice. I was able to find out how to open it online, then explain it to her. So when the time comes to fill it she will be able to do so.

My cat recently past away. I was looking for a way to keep a piece of him with me. Unfortunately, he had passed in a different state and did not want to risk transporting all his ashes. This was a great alternative. I keep the necklace with some ashes by his picture. It gives me great comfort knowing I still have him here with me.The necklace is easy to fill. It comes with a cone and a tool to push the ashes. The cone can be used to scoop the ashes without fear that they will start sleeping through (at least with my experience). The top that screws onto the necklace is sturdy and doesn’t not seem to come loose. Great product overall!
