I have reached out for a replacement, and I have not heard back. This is a nice piece but when you look at it is defective.

This is such a neat little figurine and functional as he can hold a message or a small ring. One small detail…I wish the hummingbird cavity was fractionally larger so perhaps a slightly larger ring could go in it. But this is a minor detail in a beautiful piece.
