I purchased these leggings for cycling during the colder and wetter winter and spring seasons. Shortly after I purchased them, I went cycling on a 38-degree morning. I was amazed at how warm they kept my legs. After about 15 minutes into the ride, they felt like room temperature. That's a first for me!The materials in these leggings have less wicking ability than other brands I have owned. As such, I do not recommend them for days warmer than the upper 50s because they get too warm at my level of exercise. If you exercise at a more gentle pace they will probably work just fine.I also like the fit of these leggings. I'm 5' 8" , 138 pounds with a slim runner/cyclist body, and the small size fits perfect.

Based on my measurements, looking at chart, I should have ordered small, but my wife insisted I get medium. Very glad I did. Mediums fit well. As far as warmth, when running, I wear these if it is in the 20’s (F) and as base layer under another pair of running pants if it is in the teens. Only giving it 4 stars, because I try to be stingy with 5 star reviews. These are nice solid pair of running tights at a nice price, but nothing unusual or spectacular. I’d definitely get them again, but would be open to trying something different.

I wear these under my jeans when it is cold. They fit great and provide just the right amount of warmth.

The material does not feel coarse on the skin. Fits tight. I definitly feel it keeping me warm in cold weathers.

Love the way the feel and I will buy these again.But wanted to point out the pricing. For four pairs it’s $25.99 and for four dollars more you can get five pairs put if you want to have a sixth pair it’s another $10? Im just saying.These feel great!!
