Does it's job
There are a large number of dividers so I used them for 2 separate files.Seem to be hard waring, easy to use and not unpleasant to the touch.My only gripe (& one for ALL the dividers I have ever bought) is that if your documents are in plastic wallets for protection, then they cover the dividers tabs making it more of a flaff going to the section you require.
