Haven't had this a long time yet. When I wear it it seems to work to hold my shoulders back. Not sure how long per day should be wearing it. I think the instructions should be a lot bigger I couldn't read how to adjust the device so unsure if I'm wearing it properly. I'm going to give it a good go though as want to improve my posture. It looks well made and structurally strong. It is comfortable to wear. Im giving it 4 out of 5 as i cant judge it at the moment. Hope this helps.

This has been really good so far - does what it says. I've always had back issues and been using this around the house and for when I'm working on a laptop, and it does improve my posture. It does show if you wear it under clothes, but still quite discreet. All in all, very reasonably priced and helpful.

Good product, I have tried few before to manage an injury but this one is the most comfortable so far ( I suggest wearing an undershirt/tshirt underneath).

I feel that this product will really give me the help I need. I got hit by a car a few months ago and suffered a crush injury that has reflected on my posture. I wanted something effective but gentle.

Not the most comfortable thing to have on for the whole day and isn't as discreet as I would like it to be.

Love this product! It's so comfortable and better than any of the other ones I've tried. It's high quality and I can feel it work instantly. Helps me so much when I'm working at my desk all day, even wore it when I was driving.
