These are really good and you can decide how high you need them, definitely recommend as they are really comfortable

I got these to try as I am supposed to wear a couple of mm lift in my left heel due to a broken leg injury which has slightly shortened my leg. I do have some proper medical insoles that have a precise hard lift under a cushioned sole, but I only have one pair left and currently getting them renewed from the hospital is awkward.These lift come as a pack with 6 clear gel wedges and 2 black material/foam type wedges which I think are meant to be used as a topper to give a more comfortable heel.Thing is as these are gel they are not very precise as once you put your weight on them they are obviously going to compress and become thinner. Also they didn’t seem to come with any thickness measurementsFitting is ok, they have adhesive backing which sticks pretty well and in use they feel fairly comfortable. After a week or so of wear they haven’t slipped so that is ok.So they are good enough for cushioned heel lifts but if you require something with a precise height lift then they may not be for you.

The problem with these is that they flatten after a while. Also, the adhesion isn't that great

I used two of the layers - and they're a little high. They're extremely comfortable. Not sure if I put them in the wrong way up, but they don't stick to my insoles. All to the good, in my view, as I dislike having to peel off a load of glue when inserts wear down.These aren't the cheapest, but they do work as advertised.

After about a week of wearing in my work boots, they flattened.Update: offered me a refund but did not refund.

I was so happy when I first got theses comfortable and the right height I need but after a few weeks there near flat just to add I'm not a big person very petite. I've a shorter leg after I shattered my femur so I need a heel lift or my back plays up. Was worth a try

It does the job as described by the seller. I've been using silicon and gel insoles and I can say that the gel ones are definitely more comfortable. So, this is a product I recommend.

Soffro di tendinite al tendine d'Achille. Non riesco assolutamente a calzare scarpe piatte...soprattutto quelle sportive. Ho provato diversi plantari, talloniere...anche di Marche costose e conosciute. Andava leggermente meglio ma non in modo esponenziale. Con questo prodotto la svolta. Finalmente non ho quasi più dolore nel camminare. Personalmente non ho notato lo scivolamento che alcuni lamentano. Forse perché le uso unicamente con scarpe piatte come le sneackers...ho preso la confezione con 4 pezzi. In alcune scarpe me ne servono 3. In altre 2 sono sufficienti. Ne prenderò un altra confezione così non dovrò staccarle e attaccarle di continuo al cambio scarpe.
