Handy little light for areas in the house that are dark at night,gives yourself a better stance of directions when up and about.

PRO - Very well designed and well built, this handy night light built into an outlet cover (or light switch plate) installs with one screw in under a minute. Light is discreet, only comes on in darkness, and is directed mostly downward where it’s useful. Much safer for toddlers than a “plug-in” nightlight, because they cannot pull this light out of an outlet.CON - Slightly expensive for such a simple device. Would install these in every outlet if less expensive.

Originally purchased to replace a toddler's night light. It does most of what is expected and is extremely simple to install. Best part for us is that lil' Chunk can't remove it. However, the light is very dim outside of a couple of feet from the outlet. I assume this is in part, due to the outlet being a lower one (10-ish inches from the floor)...?? It's not enough for our intended purpose but makes a nice decorative hall light.

We bought 2 to try out on our lower wall outlets, to light the path for walking room to room in the dark. We were so happy with the light they provided (soft, just enough to light the way, not like an airport runway!) so we bought 7 more. We put a few in the kitchen, as we weren't able to install under cabinet lighting. Easy to install, no wiring, just remove your current outlet cover, and snap these in. You'll have full use of both plug-in outlets - the light shines from the bottom (can also be used upside-down if you want the light shining upward.) No on and off switch to worry about - they light up when it's dark, turn off in daylight. They also come in different sizes, such as dual outlets, toggle switches, etc. Highly recommend!

I received this a few days ago and installed it immediately as installation is simple. I put this in an outlet in my kitchen and this gives a bit of light when it’s dark. I will definitely get some more of these (when the price lowers) as they would be great in a hallway, bathrooms, anywhere.

Love this concept. A Nightlight built into the outlet. It works great and frees an outlet. Comes on when dark and provided just enough light.

These outlet covers with built-in light-sensing nightlights have been a great upgrade! We’ve replaced nearly all of our hallway and bathroom outlet covers with these, and they provide the perfect amount of soft light—enough to navigate without being overly bright. They’re great for nighttime without disturbing sleep, and the light sensor is spot-on, turning on and off exactly when needed.One of the best features is that they leave the outlets fully available for other devices, which is so convenient. We love them so much that we’re even starting to install them in my mom’s house.

I love these outlets! It is so much better than having a night light plugged in. The light is bright and it looks so fancy. There are some things that people may not like which I will elucidate below.It pretty much stays on all the time. Unless I shine a flashlight directly at the sensor, it stays on. I am ok with this because it is a dark hallway and this would be the case no matter what type of light I did.If you have an inverted outlet, it will not work and you will have to turn it around. Our house has pretty much all inverted outlets. We thought this would work just fine, but the pieces that make contact with the power to light up the light are just slightly off when you try to put this plate (with the light facing down) on an inverted outlet.

I ordered three of these Outlet cover Night Lights. Two arrived sealed in there tamper proof packages and in working order the third was previously opened and shoved back in the open Package. The third one that was in the open Package would not work. I'm currently dealing with the seller for a replacement. The other two work great.

The sensor light doesn't work half of the time.
