LEGO 76989 Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck Building Set for Adults with Aloy Minifigure & Watcher Figure, Collectible Gift Idea for Men, Women, Him, Her

This build was so fun to make. I love the platform that it comes with. It really brings the whole piece together. They did a great job with the alloy mini figure and it looks great in any set up on a shelf or just on your desk. I love it, and it is really one of my favourite Lego builds.

Although it's 1200+ pieces it took around 3 hours to fully complete and it was an absolute blast to build. Both lego and Horizon fans would definitely enjoy this set that lego has created.One detail worth mentioning is that this set is more designed for displaying purposes, as it resembles a collector piece, and less so on playing with so parents who are thinking about buying this for your child I would put this into consideration.The complete size of the Tallneck is around 30ish centimeter or around 13 inches which is quite large for a lego set.The model itself is a very accurate depiction of the Tallnecks from the game, not to mention that it includes Aloy who has a custom head piece which has a small see through piece on the right side which resembles her Focus that she uses throughout the game; along side with a small model of a Watcher as well, which is another machine that you encounter in the game.I really enjoyed this set, the instructions were very clear and is very sturdy so you don't have to worry about it toppling over if you slightly knock it.Obviously the only slight issue I have with this set is the hefty price that it is, £70 is what I bought it for at the time, however since that it is complete I don't regret buying it.Hoping that they do another set from this universe because there is a lot of potential with some of the machines in the game, a Thunderjaw or a Slaughterspine would be the best options on the top of my head since both machines are very large and have very unique designs.Overall, if you're either a lego fan or a fan of the games, or both, I strongly recommend buying this set.

Loved it. Made it with my boyfriend and took a couple of hours! Looks great in person and loved the fact the watchers can have different colours. Delivery timing was great too!
