My cramps range from moderate to extreme and this oil never fails to decrease my pain. It's been almost 10 months since I'm using and it never disappoints. Non sticky, doesn't spoils clothes.I use it not just for my period cramps but also lower back pain and thigh pain during periods & normally too. Sometimes for headache as well.During extreme period cramps, it takes some time to subside.

After applying it for for 3 days regularly in period cramps, it didn't work for me . The scent is good.

The media could not be loaded. The product claims that it gives relief from periods pain/cramps. Nothing worked. It's not useful. It did not reduce any pain. Also the product said to use every three hours of severe pain. That also din work. I thought I wil use this and get rid of pain killers but no i again had to take pain killers. May be we have to keep using it for 6 or more months not sure though. U got it for 220 rs. It's waste of money i believe. I had high hopes on this product that it wil cure the lost lasting pain i get during periods but this also failed me
