I have many issues with my feet and can wear only sneakers. I've put these in my veja sneakers and can wear them for 10 hours without any problems.

I highly recommand this if you feel heel pain after long hours of standing up
I got this thing because my work shoes were really uncomfortable. They didn't have any nice cushions or support, which wasn't cool.I've tried using heel lifts and inserts before, hoping they'd make a difference. But honestly, they weren't all that great. So when I found this product, I didn't expect much.But I decided to give it a go out of curiosity. And boy, am I glad I did! Taking about 20k steps a day. And guess what? My knees and heel didn't hurt at all. Sure it depends on your general health but I'm happy with them.
