The media could not be loaded.  The bird feeder was easy to install and set up. One of my hummingbird cups doesn't seat all the way down in the wire holder. The lids to the feeding cups are not twist off. I had to pry them off with a small screwdriver. So I knocked down my stars for those reasons. But all that being said. I love watching the hummer come to my feeder. I just wish some birds would come in after the seeds.

The media could not be loaded.  Actually set up very easily on my wifi where another camera had failed completely. Needed to be modified to take cable from a solar panel, however, which isn't what i wanted to be doing to a new product. The big issues, however, seem to be with the motion-activated recording feature.Firstly, it seems as if the motion-activated recording feature doesn't work unless my phone (the main device I'm using the control the camera) has an active connection to the camera. At night, I put the camera into standby mode and then it takes up again before the sun rises. However, i don't get any motion-activated notifications or recordings until i make my my phone connects you the camera after i wake up. It's a decent app but needs improvement. Sometimes slow to connect to get a live view. I'm using bird camera hardware and the 20 seconds of motion-activated record time isn't enough. I wish it would just record until it didn't sense any motion. Also, even the motion-activated recording starts, the camera takes a moment to calibrate, leaving the image washed out for a moment. Also, the motion-activated recording seems to be of lower quality than the live view.

This camera takes quality videos. The humming birds love to eat from the feeders. I’m not using the bird seed option. I don’t want the other birds in this area of my deck. I like this so much that I bought some more cameras from this company. You can use one online cloud account for all the cameras, which is a great option. I like that I can view recordings, as well as view live if needed. I don’t have anything bad to say about these.

We bought this birdfeeder SPECIFICALLY because it didn't include a subscription to use the camera in the description. BUYER BEWARE! The subscription to access the camera is $48 a year. Returning this thing and getting our money back.
