Great tib trainer with bonus Nordic hamstring curl strap included!!
Lifepro ShinBlitz Tibialis Trainer is easy to install and comes with all the tools to put it together. The trainer targets the tibialis anterior muscle better than strapping a dumbbell to your foot, the latter feeling a bit awkward. Even with 30+ pounds of weight plates, the product still feels sturdy. Also, the included strap works great for nordic hamstring curls and the buckle is very responsive. However, the package did not include the exercise poster.

Easy but effective work out.
I Love Lifepro products. I have bought several over the years. I love this little trainer. Easy to set up. Small, simple but very effective. I have not used it with weights yet but will. Customer service is excellent as I had a few questions and they responded very fast. Thank you Lifepro.

Great for tib raises - but definitely not for hamstring curls
Overall, this product is great. Easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and the included collar and nordic strap are nice additions. For it’s main purpose - tib raises - this is perfect. Been using it twice a week for that purpose, and it's been great so far.I recently tried to use it for hamstring curls, as there is included documentation stating that you could use this product for that exercise as well, but no matter how hard I tried or what angle I attempted, this product is just not meant for hamstring curls. Even following the photos on the documentation, I just don't see how you could lay stomach down on a bench, put your feet between the posts and hamstring curl this thing without it falling off your feet. I just don't see how it could work.Long story short - for tib raises, yes buy it. For anything else they're advertising it for such as hamstring curls, I'd just pretend that it can only do tib raises and MAYBE leg extensions.

I could have used this years ago!
After slipping and twisting my knee in December I developed pain and irritation in my thigh and lower leg. I was not crippled but leg hurt, knee was popping and I was unable to sleep on my right side due to the low grade pain. X-rays showed that tendons and everything were all fine. I was given a set of exercises to do and doing additional research decided the tib bar may help. I started out with 15 pounds but quickly moved up to 35. With the tip bar and a weight bench I work out ankles, tibial bands and knees. This is now an essential part of my nightly routine. As background I am 74 but have a regular dumbbell-kettlebell routine of which this is now part of.

No adjustable, probably too big if you have less than mens size 9 feet
does the job, solid construction but its a little big, designed for huge feet i guess, its barely the right size for average feet. minus 2 stars for a lack of 'ease of use' for average foot size.

Great Product
Easy to use and to travel with. My husband is using and he says it is helping his knees. I am using it to build leg strength and it seems to be helping. Life Pro has great products and customer service.

Good for the price! But the…
…spacing between the part where your heels sit and the bar sits above your toes is pretty wide. I wear a men’s 8, and if my feet were any smaller then the cushion would barely hit the tips of my toes! If you have smaller feet, it may be a bit big, and there’s no adjustment for the length of the foot. Works for me barefoot, but barely. I’m guessing f you wear men’s size 7 or lower, it’s not going to work super well.Great for the price! You’ll need something to have your feet up off the ground to get full extension. Fits Olympic sized plates.
