This has made easier for travel and wish I had bought sooner. Would recommend.

I bought this specifically to keep my small 20ml medicine vials cool under 46° F for a cross country flight totalling 9 hours of time I'd need this to be kept cool before it for be refrigerated again.Product claims to do this no problem, but as soon as I got off the plane, I opened up the insulation bag to check the temp according to the lid, it was 18° C = 64°F. I felt the canister itself, barely cool from the outside. For context, the insulation bag has been inside my backpack next to cool bottled water and a folded up sweatshirt the entire time. The climate my backpack has been in is sub 80° the entirety of the trip (airport, airplane cabin in front of my feet). There's no reason for this.I followed the instructions of freezing the biogel piece for 8 hours (actually 9 and change) and inserting it and my meds into the canister and sealing with the top before placing inside the insulating zipper pouch.After getting to my location, I took the medication out of the canister... It was barely cooler than room temp. And I'm now concerned it is useless thanks to this product I trusted to work.Bottom line - DO NOT BUY, IT WON'T WORK AS ADVERTISED. Laden from my mistake testing this product, spend more to get a legitimate med cooler, it's not worth the risk. Lesson learned from my end.

Product is very good in cooling, yes it has issue with temperature led but this is doesn't affect the main function of the item.

Great product gifting it to my little cousin that is diabetic!

This product claims a lot and delivers nothing in return. I purchased two of these as I understood that they would keep my insulin at the temperature needed yet both of them consistently state that the temperature is between 17-22 degrees Celsius. I’ve tried multiple times to pre-chill them in the fridge and that makes no difference at all. Needless to say not only have I wasted money on these but I’ve now also put at risk my insulin which isn’t cheap. Would not recommend and will spend the money next time on a truly quality product.

I have NEVER written a revise. But this product IS SO SO BAD I have to. Do Not PLAY WITH YOUR MEDICINE buying this. It DOES NOT WORK.
