I got this on Prime Day and am pleased. I chose this particularly for the VA panel for gaming. I love the contrast ratios and prefer them. Keep in mind that when watching videos/shows/movies, the blacks are not good. Grainy/blocky/chunky. No monitor does everything perfect. I knew this going into it but figured I'd mention it. The monitor itself feels a little cheap, a lot of plastic, but I would expect that from a $140 monitor. I bought a HUANUO monitor arm to mount it onto which worked out well because the monitor came with little extension pegs to be able to use a monitor arm.One thing I really like about this over my Samsung G5 is that the front panel on this MSI is completely sealed around the edges. The Samsung is NOT sealed all the way around and the top of the panel is peeling off, almost the entire way across the top. Apparently it's an extremely common problem with them that doesn't seem to be able to be repaired 100% even after being returned and fixed under warranty.

I purchased this to use as a second screen for work. It was very easy to set up, the colors, options, brightness and quality have been great. I can open open 4 windows on it with no visibility issues. Slight curve which helps with reading across a full screen.

Great picture quality and color, I'd recommend it for a budget gaming monitor.

Hands down the best monitor I’ve ever had. Couldn’t spring the money to buy an oled, so I went with this VA monitor for the deepest blacks possible. And it is honestly a steal. The display is extremely smooth, the screen is very big, response time is great, and it has a nice glossy finish. Only critique is that the on board menu is very confusing at first (but aren’t they all)

The first time I've seen genuinely good HDR on an LCD monitor. This thing looks great considering the price, especially if you can get it on sale. Colors, brightness, black levels, HDR, and refresh rate are fantastic.
