Very good!
I use this to put my cakes together, and it works great! It is very sturdy. and I've been reusing the same piece multiple times (just wipe it with a wet cloth).

Beginner baker friendly
I was making the famous Milkbar confetti cake and this held my layers together and with the height. My cake was stacked beautifully and sides were perfectly round with a smooth finish.

Makes great fishing strip traders. 200 and 150 micron will even wor with iron on transfers. (Cricut)

Great Item
These acetate sheets work very well when making whipped cream fillings. They produce very clean edges and make my cakes look very professional. Easy to use and will definitely purchase again.

A little too flimsy but does the job for the most part.
I bought this to line springform pans to make mousse cakes and also to use to make chocolate collars. It works but it's a bit flimsy when trying to line a pan (moves around a lot) and it's not the best choice for chocolate collars (too thin). If it was a bit thicker and stiffer, I would give it 5 stars. Wish it was a little wider but I knew the width when I bought it. That being said, if it were wider, it would be way too floppy to work with. Bottom line? It's OK but not the best.

Great size
This works well if you need to keep your desserts to less than 3 inches in height. Helps for bakery boxes that have height of 3 inches.
