Started gilding a nd this seems fine decided I needed a bigger size as this is ok for smaller items.

Used to coat wallpaper in a toilet and working well.

This was perfect for my gold leaf. I would recommend a very thin layer and wait 15 minutes for it to dry so the glue becomes sticky/tacky enough.

Works very well. Easy to apply. Drys quickly.I am happy with the product.

Always adheres well for my gilding.Easy to clean etc will buy again in due course.

Apply very thinly and always wait 15 mins and it works like a dream

I really like the fact that this product never dries out. Apply, leave for 15 minutes and gild away to your hearts content, with it not mattering if you can't finish the project even that day.The only thing I would say is to follow the instructions. The metal leaf is so thin that it takes the impression of whatever is underneath it, and that can be brushmarks from applying the size. Thin the product until there are no brushmarks and then you will be delighted with your finished project.
