Great idea, comfortable but after a few wears they move and can't be used

Deliverd on time which was good. I bought these as I have plantar fasciitis, very painfull condition of the feet,ecspecialy in my left heel. The right side wasn't as bad. They are not the most comfortable to wear after placing in your shoe, but you do get used to them .Helped a bit with the pain.

Made a different and even better after putting in fridge to cool before use.

These are good arch support, I use them directly on the runner and shoe noting they have decent stickiness but do not always stay in place sometimes making for uncomfortable standing if I do not take the time to check them for been in place first. However, when checked, they are a great help for partly arches and do nothing but help when properly in place. They appear after a few weeks to be very durable too with them always sticking to my shoe/runner sole when I refix them into position. If you are happy to check them every couple of days, then they are a must have for those with low or fallen arches as the can mold themselves to any of my shoes/runners making up for poor arch supports with the silicon based materials in them.

I have flat feet and had in the past plantar fascitis so I know some things about feet arch's etc. So this parts help. Arch supports very good, can take a few days to get used to them in the shoes and for them to feel comfortable, would definately buy again

I ordered these because I need some arch support in my shoes. These are perfect to wear in sandals and fashion shoes because they are small and discreet. They're easy to attach, just peel off the back, position the pad in place and press down gently to stick. I've put mine in a new pair of open toe shoes (see picture) for work where I will be standing a lot of the time. They're not too bulky, they provide gentle support and they're discreet when wearing the sandals and shoes. I've ordered two more pairs for my other shoes so I won't have to peel them off and I can leave them in. If you require more support in your arch then these may not be suitable for you, but for gentle support they are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.
