Arctic Life Search & Find Puzzle

I know these puzzles are intended for children, but my 92 year old mom developed vascular dementia after several strokes. Regular puzzles for adults have far too many pieces for her now. They make puzzles specifically for dementia patients, but ever seen them? They all have mawkish, sentimental images of kittens or "country kitchen" type things. Sickly sweet & overly busy - just awful. Mudpuppy puzzle graphics are lovely, & the identification sheet that accompanies some of them are good for cognitive & speech therapy. My mom loves them, so I've purchased several. If your LO has vascular dementia or Alzheimer's, give them a try.

My 6yo son, who loves all ocean animals, can do the "ocean life" and "Arctic life" puzzles alone. So proud.The pieces are nice, big, and sturdy. You can see his process in the second photo. He just dumps the pieces all out onto the table. Also, the pieces are a good fit for his hands. Lovely puzzles that are educational, too.

I bought this for my 3.5 granddaughter who loves puzzles. I needed to challenge her because she outgrew her other puzzles. She did need some help but keeps her interested. We also use the sheet to test her seek and find skills to locate the different animals, birds and fish. She is learning the different names of each ad we go along. The pieces are a good size for 3-5 year olds.

I bought the "Arctic Life" and "Woodland Animals" puzzles. I also own two other puzzles from this company. My 3 1/2 year old loves these. He can do them by himself, which is so nice while we are stuck indoors. The puzzles are sturdy. We've put them together at least a dozen times each and they still look brand new. I wish they were glossy instead of matte, but that is just my personal preference.

My 4 yr old loves these puzzles. They’re well made & educational as we learn about the different animals. I would highly recommend.
